AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND CONDITIONS:  Participation in the contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Conditions.

TIMING:  Contest begins at 8:00 A.M. (MST) on December 01, 2006 and ends 5:00 P.M. (MST) on March 31, 2007. 

Eligibility:  This contest is open to all current Access Distribution Reseller sales representatives (US and Canada) (“Reseller Rep”) in good standing during the Timing of this contest.  Resellers must enter the contest by registering HBA sales on the CCX deal registration site at:
www.ccxcorp.com which will be validated by Access Distribution.    **Returns: A negative amount, equal to the amount of original Prize, will be applied to the Award balance.  This amount will be applied during the Award pay-period for which the return is processed.

Prizes:
One (1) Prize of Ten Dollars ($10.00 USD) will be awarded to the Reseller sales rep who has entered eligible sales onto the CCX deal registration web site for each CCX-Branded HBA sold during the contest period which is: 1) distributed by Access Distribution; 2) accepts fiber channel HBAs; 3) integrated by the Access Integration team; and 4) entered onto the deal registration site at www.ccxcorp.com, at the link “register with CCX”. Attached is a list of all qualifying SKU’s for both CCX cables and appropriate Sun Servers.

To Enter:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter.  

Neither Access Distribution nor CCX are responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, ineligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified; including failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions; or technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware, or software or electronic or human error which may occur in the processing of entries.  Access Distribution reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the contest, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules and Conditions. 

SELECTION.  The potential winners will be selected through Access Distribution sales reporting from among all eligible entries, in Westminster, Colorado by Access Distribution, whose decision as to the administration of the contest and selection of the potential winner is final.  Potential winners will be notified by email, mail, or telephone on or about April 15, 2007. Within ten (10) business days of being notified that he/she has been selected as a potential winner, potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release that will allow the use of the winners' names by the sponsor, and a form W-9 for tax purposes.  Failure to sign and return the affidavit, release and form W-9 within the time required constitutes waiver of the prize.  Except where prohibited, winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes.  Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  Except where prohibited by law, participation in the contest constitutes the winners' consent to use of the winners' name, winners' company name, city and state for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.  If Reseller’s corporate policy does not allow Reseller Rep to accept this prize, the prize will be awarded directly to winning Reseller corporation.
